LINE-X is a two part polyurethane elastomer system. It uses equal parts of an “A” component or hardener and a “B” component or resin. When combined properly it produces a polyurethane elastomer similar to the bottoms of your work boot.
The equipment is a high pressure heated system. The equipment pressurizes the two liquid components and heats them, separately. Then through heated hoses, the material is brought together at the very tip of the gun. LINE-X cures or “sets up” in 3 to 5 seconds, giving it an immediate set time.
The LINE-X products range is very from very soft products with very high flexibility to products that are hard with no flex at all.
- XS100, XS 360, XS130 and SE500 are all spray applied polyurethane hybrid coatings.
- XS 350 , XS310 ,XS75 , XS370 and XS430 are all sprayable polyureas. all these products are to be used in moisture sensitive applications.
- Castable urethanes like the CU 400 and the CU 460 are used for applications where a dense tough surface is needed. These products are low pressure castable and is self leveling. high impact ,tear and abrasion resistance are some of the fearures of these products.
- XS152 and XS252 are self extinguished, Firerated products that has uses in military, industrial and mining.
- ASPART-X Coatings provide ultraviolet (UV) protection that does not yellow or fade; will cure in all weather and temperature applications; has a fast cure speed and offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance for residential decks, patios, garage floors, swimming pools, industrial commercial flooring and food processing facilities. ASPART-X can also be used as a UV-stable topcoat for the entire family of LINE-X thick-build coatings. The result is a very durable composite coating, available in a variety of stock and custom colors.
